Frequently Asked Questions - Shipping Questions

You will be sent two e-mails after you have submitted your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  1. The first will confirm that your order has been received by us(your order confirmation number will be included). This e-mail should arrive soon after you have placed your order.
  2. The second confirms that the order has been successfully processed and shipped (tracking information will be included in this message).

Should you experience any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately, so that we may correct it in a timely matter.

From the time our warehouse receives your return, it generally takes 5 business days to process your refund.

Please keep in mind that your credit card company or its bank has to post our credit in the billing cycle in which it was received, hence the number of days it takes for the credit to post to the customer's account can slightly vary depending on how quickly the credit card company or its bank posts our refund. Your credit card will be refunded by "PureNaturalScience."

All of our orders will be delivered via the USPS (confirmation is emailed upon shipping). We do not process requests for specific shipping methods.
