Once you click "submit order" on the final shopping cart page, you will be sent an "Order Confirmation E-mail" to the e-mail address that you provide on the shopping cart page.

In addition, customers are notified of their auto-ship program membership (BEFORE their FIRST auto- ship charge) in the following THREE ways:

  1. Terms and conditions shown on our website.
  2. Automatic "welcome" auto-ship e-mails sent along with the order confirmation, which again inform customers that they are enrolled in an auto-ship program.
  3. Explanation of the auto-ship program which is mailed to customers with their shipment.

To cancel further shipments, you can e-mail us at call us at (888)-486-2842 to cancel your account. However please be aware that if you send us an e-mail to request cancellation of your account, it may take up to 3 business days to process your request. We recommend customers to cancel their memberships as soon as they determine they no longer desire to be part of the program so the request is processed immediately. This will ensure that we do not ship you an order after you have requested cancellation.
